Products containing IdeaMoverINK.com images that are purchased from the CafePress.com interface are subject to the terms and conditions of CafePress.com.  Returns and refunds are subject to the policies of CafePress.com.  Questions about your CafePress.com purchase should be directed to CafePress.com customer service channels.

Signature Print Purchases
Your purchase will be acknowledged via email within three business days.  If there is any problem which might cause a delay in the delivery of you product item(s) you will be notified via email using the contact information you provided at the time of your purchase.

Signature Print Legal Uses
Your signature print reproduction is sold to you as a piece of art to be used for a decorative display purpose only.  It can be framed or displayed as you see fit.  Further reproduction of this image by electronic or mechanical means is strictly forbidden.  Use of this image in print or media productions of any kind is strictly forbidden without the expressed written permission of the artist.

Signature Print Sales Tax
IdeaMoverINK.com charges 6% Pennsylvania sales tax to prints ordered by Pennsylvania residents.

Signature Print Shipping
Your IdeaMoverINK.com order will be shipped to you using USPS Parcel Service. Shipping and handling charges are assigned at a rate that insures that your signature print is packaged and shipped in such away that it will arrive flat and undamaged. Your IdeaMoverINK.com item will be shipped as soon as your order is processed – weekdays from 8 AM to 5 PM Eastern Time. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be shipped on the next scheduled business day. 

Signature Print Security and Privacy
To protect the security of your information and to guard your privacy we use PayPal.com and Google Checkout.  Both of these systems offer you a place to enter a secure transaction.  We collect only the information that is necessary for completing the sale and for shipping the product to you.  In fact, IdeaMoverINK.com’s owner Paul C. Stauffer III does not have access to your full credit card number.  Orders are tracked using only the information that is returned to me by PayPal.com and Google Checkout.

For your privacy I do not rent, share, or exchange our customers’ email addresses. Email addresses voluntarily given to me or collected from email comments are never shared. I do use these addresses for my own electronic marketing purposes, but only with your consent. We do not rent, share or exchange our customers’ phone numbers.  Phone numbers voluntarily given to us are used for contact purposes only.

Any questions regarding your credit card transactions are to be handled by either Paypal.com or Google Checkout depending on which system was selected by you at the time of your transaction. 

Signature Print Returns
Returns are accepted only in the case of goods damaged in shipping and then only with prior permission by the owner of IdeaMoverINK.com.  Goods that have been damaged following their successful delivery will not be accepted for replacement.  It is possible to request a replacement to your IdeaMoverINK.com signature print if is has been damaged in shipping. To contact the owner of IdeaMoverINK.com use the following information:

Requests for return of goods must be received in writing via a letter or via email using the information listed above. Returned goods will not be accepted without prior approval.  Damaged items will be gladly replaced with an identical or equivalent product. 

Signature Print Refunds
Refunds will not be offered by IdeaMoverINK.com. Replacement of purchased products that have been damaged in the shipping process will be provided according to the terms listed in the policy statement for “Returns”.

Signature Print Limit of Liability
IdeaMoverINK.com makes artwork prints that are designed to perform a decorative function.  IdeaMoverINK.com and Paul C. Stauffer III bear no liability for damage to property and or bodily injury which may result from the misuse of products created by IdeaMoverINK.com. In recognition of the possible unforeseen relative risks, the purchaser of items created by IdeaMoverINK.com agrees to limit the liability to IdeaMoverINK.com and or Paul C. Stauffer III for any and all claims, losses, costs, damages of any nature whatsoever or claims expenses from any cause or causes, including attorneys’ fees and costs and expert witness fees and costs, so that the total aggregate liability to the owners of IdeaMoverINK.com and Paul C. Stauffer III shall not exceed the cost of the item(s) purchased from IdeaMoverINK.com and the shipping of said items. It is intended that this limitation apply to any and all liability or cause of action however alleged or arising, unless otherwise prohibited by law.
